Michael, one of the founders of Deloitte Greece, helped to steer the firm’s growth from the position of CEO (1985-2011) & Chairman (2012-2015) in the past 35 years from a firm of 8, to one of the leading firms in Greece, currently with 625 staff. Starting initially as an auditor, he subsequently proceeded in 1988 to establish and develop the Consulting practice of the firm (Strategy, Operations, HR & IT) and then the Financial Advisory arm of the firm (Valuations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Forensic, Debt Restructuring and Due Diligence), where he spent most of his time in recent years.

In 2016, he decided to proceed with early-retirement from Deloitte and established his own advisory firm under the name Fukuro Capital Advisors Ltd.
