The Investor Relations Unit is responsible for ensuring consistent and meaningful communication between the Company and the investment community. By providing timely, equal, and reliable information, it supports the exercise of investors’ rights and reinforces a framework of transparency and trust.

Following a decision by the Company’s Board of Directors, Mr. Konstantinos Giannikopoulos has been appointed as Head of Investor Relations.

Shareholders Service Unit

The Shareholders Service Unit ensures that correct, prompt and complete information is conveyed to the shareholders on a regular basis, providing them with all necessary clarifications and data on how to exercise their rights as shareholders in accordance with the law and Article of Association.

Following a decision of the Company’s Board of Directors on 04.05.2015, Mr. Vaios Liakos has been appointed as the Company’s Shareholders Service Officer.
