Conduct, Ethics & Confidential Whistleblowing

TRASTOR promotes a corporate culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability. In this context, the Company has established a “Code of Professional Conduct & Ethics”, which sets the standards of behavior for all executives, employees, and partners.

At the same time, secure and confidential whistleblowing channels have been established, reinforcing an environment of trust and compliance with corporate values.

The communication channels for submitting named or anonymous whistleblowing reports are as follows:

• via email to the dedicated address whistleblowing@trastor.gr, accessible exclusively by the Chair of the Audit Committee,
• via postal mail to the address: 5, Chimarras Street, Maroussi, Athens,15125 Greece, to the attention of the Head of Internal Audit and/or the Chair of the Audit Committee of TRASTOR.
