I. Articles of Association

Articles of Association of TRASTOR constitute the fundamental legal document that establishes the Company’s operation and complements the Corporate Governance Framework by defining the responsibilities of the corporate bodies and the key rules for organization and operation.

II. Internal Regulation

The Internal Regulation (IR) of TRASTOR constitutes the core internal framework governing the Company’s operation and elaborates on the provisions of the applicable legislative framework.

The IR sets out the binding principles and rules of conduct that apply to the Management, executive and other staff, and employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries. All involved parties are required to strictly comply with its provisions in the performance of their duties, as well as with the applicable legislation and the Company’s internal Regulations, Policies, and Procedures.

III. Corporate Governance Code

The Company, pursuant to a relevant decision of its Board of Directors taken during its meeting held on 15.07.2021, has adopted and applies the Hellenic Corporate Governance Code (HCGC), which was published in June 2021 by the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council (HCGC) and meets the requirements of Article 17 of Law 4706/2020.
