The state-of-the-art logistics center “Militos”, located in Aspropyrgos, Attica, has been awarded LEED Gold certification, confirming the highest standards of sustainability and energy efficiency.

On a land plot situated at the “Varymatsi” area of the Municipality of Aspropyrgos, Attica, with a total surface area of 185,109 sq.m., a building complex has been developed comprising a ground-floor warehouse as well as two-storey office spaces, with a total gross leasable area of 74,829 sq.m.

“Militos” is the largest standalone logistics center ever developed in Greece, setting new standards in scale, efficiency, and sustainability.
