A historic standalone office building with a total built area of approximately 6,470 sq.m., currently undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment. The property is located on Karagiorgi Servias Street, within Athens’ Central Business District and in immediate proximity to Syntagma Square. The building was designed by architect Iason Rizos and constructed between 1959 and 1963 to house the headquarters of Ethniki Insurance. Its marble façade is a landmark in central Athens.
