The Investment Committee is established by the Company\u2019s Board of Directors. It consists of four (4) members – one of whom must be the Company\u2019s CEO, acting as Chairman of the Committee. It is responsible for establishing the Company\u2019s investment strategy, making decisions on the implementation of new investments, the monitoring of current investments, the liquidation of current investments and other related activities. The Investment Committee takes decisions by majority votes of its present or represented members, following an exchange of views and based on proposals and analyses by the Company\u2019s relevant departments.<\/p>\n<\/div>
