The Company is run by the Board of Directors, elected by the General Assembly and serves four (4) years term. The term of the Board of Directors\u2019 members, is determined each time by the General Assembly, commencing on the Election Day and may not exceed five (5) years.<\/p>\n

The selection of the members of the Board of Directors proposed for election is subject to the principles of the Suitability Policy of the members of the Board of Directors<\/a><\/strong> adopted by the Company.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors key role is\u00a0to manage its corporate\u00a0assets and to represent the Company. It decides on\u00a0various matters\u00a0concerning the Company\u00a0within the framework of the corporate\u00a0governance standards with the exception of those that need to be addressed\u00a0by the\u00a0General Assembly.<\/p>\n<\/div>
